I agree that under no circumstances will I put a stop payment on these charges or cancel my credit card. I further agree that if for any reason, including any action or request made by me or on my behalf, this charge or any part of this charge is refused, contested, or declined, or otherwise not paid, I am and will be personally liable for the entire charge.
